Undergraduates’ Satisfaction with Zoom e-learning Application: Empirical Evidence from Management Undergraduates

E-learning is developing as the new paradigm of modern education. The global e-learning business growing at a 35.6 percent annual rate and still, there are failures. success systems predicted mainly by user satisfaction. However, factors derived from users’ satisfaction with using zoom for still underexplored. Therefore, purpose this study to explore that might impact undergraduate regarding use applications e-learning. A theoretical foundation was laid empirical findings based on conceptual framework developed. Data collected 213 Management undergraduates University Ruhuna questionnaire survey. Results indicated perceived quality, value, technology self-efficacy positively undergraduates’ Zoom application Further, found utility has significant negative Zoom. conducted student's point view implies their actual desires specifically application. Based stakeholders can pay attention taking necessary actions fulfil students’ needs guiding them gain higher finally it will lead overall implemented system.
